With over 15 Years in customer service and more than a decade in merchant services, Lee leads the team responsible for onboarding, technical support, and implementation. He works directly with merchants and sales agents to deliver a true white-glove experience, partnering with clients to streamline processing, resolve issues quickly, and keep accounts running reliable.

Lee holds a degree in Computer Information Systems and has lived in Fort Wayne for more than 25 years. Married with four children, he enjoys camping, hiking, and attending board-gaming conventions with family and friends. Known for his approachable style, Lee fosters collaboration within his team and with partners to achieve the best results.
